Due to the law of 40% construction criteria and the fact that buildings have four facades, Park Fanavari has become a vibrant environment and the matter of form has become a vital factor in most of the designs of this park. The presented design has a simple and completely functional form.
Thinking about the concept of space and filling the building from perspective was our main preoccupation after solving liaisons and actions.
This is the building of the 24-hour call center of the TAT Bank on campus of Park Fanavari. The location of the site facing the main square and the existing green space tempted us to arrange the spaces linearly and facing south to welcome the light and landscape with tall windows.
By creating a garden pit in the south, floors -1 and -2 are considered as office space, workshops and restaurants.
The large void in the main ground floor hall has given the spaces double and triple heights. In addition, the lighting of the middle part of the building on the upper floor is provided by this void.
